Certificate number in TDS

Until last year in the "taxes paid", TDS section we had to mention the TDS certificate number mentioned in Form 16A. This year do we have to mention the TDS certificate number mentioned in Form 16A in this section?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the requirement for TDS certificate numbers in tax filings. Previously, the TDS certificate number from Form 16A was mandatory. However, for the current year, this is no longer required. Instead, taxpayers need to provide the BSR code, date of payment, challan number, and amount as per Form 26AS.

No.This year it's not required!
