Company wants to make outward remittance to pay interest on compulsory convertible debentures to its debenture holders.for this Authorised Dealer wants a certificate from a Practicing Professional confirming the total number of CCD issued. Can anyone please send me the format or draft of the same?
The format is available on RBI Site in non downlable form. please check
