I need a format for certificate by CA that " the tax in ITC paid by our supplier but he had filed our invoice in B2C hence allow us ITC "
as per circular 183 dated 27/12/2022

There is no specific format for such certificate. You should produce a certificate from a CA only if difference of ITC involved from a particular supplier exceeds ₹5 lakhs in a financial year.
