I raised a reimbursement invoice to our client for amount Rs 10 Lac.
N i recived bill from our vendor for amount 10 Lac +Service tax 12.36%.
Can i avail cenvet credit in this case. Please give your valuable suggestion .

Yes, you can. CENVAT credit can be taken on the basis of having documents of payment of CENVAT. In your case, the vendor has paid CENVAT, hence, you are eligible to claim CENVAT credit.

1st tell whether the invoice is on name of Comapany for which you want to avail cenvat or it is on name of client from which you get reimbursement???
