We have registered under SSI two year back ( Now our turover is 15 Cr and Have machinery worth more than 1 Cr)
We have purchase a machinery for 47 lacs and Excise cenvat is 4.93 L, Can I claim the input of 100% in first year itself or I am allowed to take only 50% of input in first year ?
