Can consignor/consignee can avail cenvat credit of setvicetax paid on GTA, if he is paying service tax on 25% of freight amount instead of 100% amount.
Pl give me supporting circular or notification no if possible.

Service tax paid on GTA can be utilised only if this is used as input credit.
he can take cenvat credit provided transporter should not get any credit
