We have booked some Acc. Service tax setoff( Input service tax) in the FY 2004-05,2005-06 and 2006-07 but we have not taken input credit while depositing service tax. Can we take it in current year?

You can avail input credit of prior years also. However you have booked service tax portion in the books of account than it will be shown as prior period items.
