Please let me know can i take the service tax credit of GTA in case of sales from Depot to PArty warehouse. in Case when the sales contract we have to send the material to party.

Yes you can since services received from GTA is an Input service for you & hence eligibile for taking Cenvat Credit provided you have paid the freight.

Dear Amit
You can not take service tax credit on freight outward from depo to party . if u are manufacturer , send goods to depo than sale to party . u can take service tax credit only on freight outward upto depo.
