A Contractor handling 2 sites at Two different locations want to avail cenvat credit as well as abatement separately for each site. For One site he wants to raise bills @ 10.3% and avail cenvat credit for the service tax paid to the sub-contractor. While for the another site he wants to claim abatement @ 67% Can he do so?

Dear Sir,
As per notification no. 1/2006-ST u are not allow input tax credit if u choose abatement.
and u have to choose only one method of tax liability.
