Can u please help me out with the CENVAT Credit Rules 2004, please get me the procedure to apply for the CENVAT Credit.. is it same as normal state VAT..? What are the issues in this for claiming the credit..? and what are the Input services that are eligible for CENVAT Credit..? Please explain in detail all the queries
