to carriage jo main business se related h uspe jo GTA ka service tax wo pay kr rha h uska credit milega kya???

Dear Pankaj,
Pehle aap Yee yaad kare ki carriage inward transport ka hi milega. Agar aapke Carriage inward material ka hai tho main business ke liye credit le sakte hain. Lekin app apne ye credit commission ke Service tax pay karne ke liye nahin le sakte kyonki aap ka ye input service commission naamke income (output service) se nahin miltha hain.
You mean input credit will not be allowed???
