- Our vendor is providing coffee to our employee, he charged in monthly bill for maintenance of coffee machine & also charged service tax. My query is can we get service tax credit ( CENVAT Credit ) for monthly maintenance bill of coffee machine.
- Our vendor is providing meal (catering) to our employee, he is also charged monthly bill, he add also service tax on bill he is calculating 60% service tax on basic amount. My query is can we get service tax credit (CENVAT credit) on catering. 60% service tax on basic value
- Our vendor is providing transport facility to our employee for pick-up & drop facility ( from employee’s home to factory & factory to employee’s home, he is also charged monthly bill including service tax. My query is can we get service tax credit. ( CENVAT credit )

You maybe able to avail credit of the wc= amc of coffeemachine + catering but not of cans as there is a restriction.
