You can take CENVAT Credit of all the amount of ST paid by you. But you cannot discharge your ST liability throug CENVAT Credit in case of Reverse Charge Mechanism.

upto Place of removal service tax input is allowed

service tax input is allowed for transporation of goods up to the place of removal....
