Cenvat credit on capital goods rs.1050
sir, we want to know , is there any guide line to take credit 100 % on capital goods in the same year of receiving goods.
we have received a spare part on which duty is rs.1050/-.

we have to take fifty percent in this year
you can't take 100% credit on 1st year. but if you are from small scale industry,you can take 100% credit in 1st year.
