Whether the service provider of cargo handling services can avail the cenvat credit of service tax paid on Warehouse Insurance services. Please reply with supporting evidence, if any.

In my opinion, yes.
The only restriction pertaining to insurance under cenvat is on the serivce tax on insurance charges of employees.
Hence, it shall be open to claimed.
