Cenvat credit can avail up to six month.
Is it mean that after 6 mths of bill booking it cant be availed?

Can u plz tell me in which provision it is written that Credit cannnot be taken beyond 6 months.
Yes, cenvat credit can be taken any time, after 3 or 4 years. But refund claim u/s 11B has to be filed within one year from the relevant date.
The normal time within which it is recommended to avail credit is 1 year. However statutarily there is no time limit for credit availment. You can avail the pr yr credit in this month.
Please tell about amortisation sale value, should we show this sale value in E.R. 1, or it is not mandentary ???
