let say dealer provide output service for the service of vehicles at their own service station, input or input service avail for providing such output services whether eligible for cenvat credit...
Yes the dealer can avail the cenvat credit ...
But as he is providing service as well as doing sale of vehicles he will be covered by Rule 6 of Cenvat Credit rules for availing and utilisng the cenvat credit on input service ,.
