We have produce power in our captive power plant, but we sale some power out of our plant and rest power we have captive consumption in our sponge & ferro plant. how to take cenvat credit of input ,input service ,plz clarify details

you can take proportionate credit of inputs & inputs service used in generation of power which will be consumed for manufacture of dutable products.
Going by plain reading of the defination of Input, Credit available for both captive consumption and on sales also.
