Cenvat credit in service tax

Can you please sugest me on this question?

My company is Pvt Ltd.

and its business is diffrent service tax sector: port service, gta service, tengible good services, rent service, business auxiliary service ,

now my question is , we have cenvat credit of port service , and can we used that credit to paid a liability of tengible goods service , rent service, business auxiliary services and GTA

Dear

Sir Yes cenvat credit available to you will be available to clear your output tax liabilities and you can do it.(i suggest you to maintain proper records for the same)

I used to say in my lecture that CENVAT is not a free lunch. You should be very carefult before availing it. But once it is availed u can utilise it for payment against any output service you want as it will be as good as your PLA. However there is specific rule which prohibita utilisation of credit for paymentbof tax under RCM. So in case you are required to pay tax for GTA services under RCM you cannot utilise any credit.
