Dear Sirs,
An assessee taken Central Excise registration on 05.09.2013, A moulding machine purchased on 31.03.2013, duty involved 200000/- it is also depreciated @ 7.5% in FY-2012-13 accounts, my Que. is shal we eligible for avail cenvat credit on lying C/goods as on 05.09.2013. At the time of registration there is any provision to avail cenvat credit on C/goods lying stock.
Please clarify.

I think there is no option to take credit on this because ur are enjoying exemption benefit until registeration. then only you can pay duty for your despatch.
