Can i use cenvat credit with Original Invoice.
I dont have duplicate for transport copy.
Please suggest me.

you ask duplicate Xerox copy from supplier and they should be write on that as this is for claiming cenvat credit hence customer last original transport copy.
please do needful they couldn't give us transport copy.
You can avail CENVAT on oringinal copy.

Yes. I agreed with Mr. Nirajkumar.
You can take credit with original copy of invoice. An invoice issued under central excise rule is eligiable for taking credit.
