Plz let me know whether cenvat credit of service tax can be taken on Fabrication & Erection of steel structure on projects.

All the above questions are litigated matters. hence, it is advisable to the company to take professional advise if the projects costing huge.
Its all about under their guidance you have to take it forward on prior intimation to the revenue.
Like charted engineers certificate and that fabrication must be for erection of capital goods and it is not a supporting structures of capital goods.
