Dear members , I am working in State govt Company as Company Secretary which is a power generating Company, during my 2 years of services i have seen that my company paying huge some of tax in form of Excise , CST, VAT & Service tax but not availing the benefit of cenvat credit, help me or suggest whether it is possible to avail cenvat credit for power generating Company ? If yes how to claim the cenvat credit .
