Query not clear. If showing means utilizing for payment, payment of both service tax and central excise duty for one amount of credit, cannot be done, Payment thorugh credit can be made only once.
If otherwise intended, kindly pronounce query clearly

Our Company has registred under Central Excise Act & also obtained service tax registration.As per ST-3,we are showing the only input service on cenvat credit column but while online ER -1,point no 5 details of cenvat credit taken and utilized,credi taken on input service is there , so my doubt is whether Cenvat credit(input service taken) on ST-1 can show again on ER-1 on point no 5 cenvat credit taken and utilized.

As per my understanding Inputs, input service and Capital goods utilised by you for payment of excise duty will be shown in excise return..
