I am Service Provider.
I raise bill to my clients on my Propretorship Firm Name.
My Input services like Telephone and Mobile and Internet bills are generated in my personal name,
can i take cenvat on the same.

1) these services qualify as input service for providing your taxable output service where your output service can not be performed without these services........
and
2) address of the bills is same as your proprietorship business, i.e they are installed and used in business premises
than you may take credit,
