We are a manufacturer and registered for Excise duty and also service tax under GTA. Is it possible for us to utilise CENVAT credit of Capital Goods agst both Excise Duty and Service tax liabilities?

you can use you cenvat credit for escise duty payable, but GTA service tax is paid by you as service receipent, so you have to pay the same in cash.
