We have issued a C'Form to a party , but in transit it is lost in Our state.
What is the further procedure.
Also please clarify on ' Bond' What is Bond.

IF YOU LOST THE FORM C THEN FOLLOW THE BELOW STEP
1. GET FIR FROM THE POLICE STATION 2. NEED TO GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE I.E PAPER ADVERTISEMENT 3. YOU NEED GIVE LETTER TO THE LOCAL VAT OFFICER ALONG WITH POINT 1 & 2 4. THE LVO WILL SAY TO PUT INDEMINITY BOND I.E STAMP PAPER WRITTEN. 5. AFTER GIVING INDEMINITY BOND THE LVO WILL ISSE DUPLICATE FORM C
