if in companies act it is written for central govt. approval, then to whom exactly the application needs to be send. means the concerned person and his address.

in many cases now central govt powers are delegated to ROC/RD. so u need to apply to the state/nearrest region whr regd offc of the co is situated RD/ROC if its not at ur place..pls clarify under which section u need approval.

actually under section various sections of companies act it is written to take approval of CG.like if a co gives loan to director us295, conversion of public co into private co. etc. so i need to ask exactly from whom we need to take permission in practical life. i mean where to send the letter for approval...
