As per Notification No. 9/2025, Section 9(1) and Section 15(5) of CGST Act 2017, Tax Rate for cement bricks will be 9% each under CGST & SGST (under HSN Code of 6810 - Articles of Cement, of Concrete or of artificial stone, whether or not reinforced) w.e.f 22nd September 2025.
