if order first time in cds portal then cannot apply coupon kya?? when can apply coupon then

How to do because I added to cart and it's showing rs.2550 only for first group final.. I m not getting apply coupon option

A message will be sent to your mobile number by Institute and there will be stated that coupon code is activated after you have registered for course in ssp portal then you can apply such coupon code
