Cci take strong action against perpetrators

There has been few disgruntled members, who keep desecrating the various forums of CCI. The admins take action based on escalation made by members or suo moto by deleting such persons account. Is that enough to protect the sanctity of this wonderful forum. The usage of this site must come with riders so as to protect the interest of innumerable members who enrich their knowledge for their professional development. What valuable suggestions can you as a respected member of CCI make to stop these perpetrators from daring to post obscene and derogatory contents. Please share your views.
