Yes......... I noticed......It has almost become trend...........

But going against natural habits.......... diminishes natural resistance power......... and thus many new diseases are common...........

And If health is not in your favour............ what else you can achieve.........

Well, such habits gets cultivated as and when one is aware about its benefits.....

English ...... Hindi........ Gujarati............ Marathi..........(Kutchhi, Sindhi, punjabi...).... I am well versed with.......

But because of my posting in different states..... know little bit of Telgu..... Tamil..... & Kashmiri............. Thanks......
