Cci friends !

as in the privacy setting we have options like 1.receive PM only from friends 2.only friends can scrap you or see your activities etc.
so if you care for your privacy than no one else is able to talk to you or connect to you!!!
in the same case he will first request you to add as a friend if you add then he will be able to contact you.

if you dont want to use this option its ur call.
Besides that if you admire one of your CCI friend then follow his stream, this is an advantage which is not available on other website
