To fill-up the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of the existing Auditor, do we need to file Form 23 with ROC for resolutions appointing new Auditor.
Please provide your views for both public and private Company.

Form 23 is not applicable for this. Ref.: Sec.192(4) of CA 1956.
