Dear sir,
please give the information about, how much cash withdrawal within a financial year in a Pvt. ltd. company.

Hi Sanjay,
you can withdraw any amount in cash from Bank/FI. In budget 2019 Tds is made applicable on withdrawl more than 1 crores @ 2%.

Agree with Kuldeep Sir's view...

Budget 2019-20 has proposed to insert a New SECTION "194N" which will be applicable w.e.f 01.09.2019, which deals with TDS @ 2% by Banks and Post Offices on Cash withdrawal of more than Rs.1 crore during a FY.
