cash transaction
sir, i am salaried person, and i purchase a land rupess 650000, but govt rate of the land is 195000. all amount pay in cash at the time of registration. so plz tell me which type of problem i have to face.

What was agreement value? When the document registered?
the agreement value is 6.5 lakh.and govt value is 195000
