Cash seized by ITD during model code.
Cash seized during model code during 2018 Karnataka Election. Client was carrying cash in bus for daughter's marriage. Assessment is for 2019-20 AY. He is filing returns regularly. What is the further process. Whether six years returns are to be reopened. He is a civil contractor. Please guide.
