its a none accounting procidure. cash bill not in your company name. its leagely not fare. purchase bill in your company name and credit to party .Tin No. necessary for credit of Vat on purchase Bill.and also its required purchaser Name , address & Tin No. for credit of Vat.
if bill is less then 10000 treat in exps. dr to cash cr.

Dear Sanjay,
Generally, Cash Purchase entries can be passed using Purchase voucher. So that it will reflect in your Purchase Register also.

In Tally 9 purchase entries always passed in purchase voucher whether it is cash or credit purchase.
Press F9 to open purchase voucher & then pass the entry of purchase (Cash/Credit)
