A SALARIED EMPLOYEE DEPOSITED CASH IN HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT MEANT FOR COMPANY EXPENSES IN OUTSTATION FIELD WORK AND ALSO HE GOT SOME COMMISSION FROM OTHERS WITHOUT TDS. HOW TO TREAT THESE CASH DEPOSITS WHILE FILING HIS ITR (SALARY)?

If the company can give a supporting lettet or document for reimbursment of expenses, no need to admit it as income.

Commision should be disclosed and pay tax accordingly. Deducted tds is never assessee's headache, since you ll calculate your portion of tax and pay it.
