Cash credit account non submission of stock statement

Hi everyone I am doing the concurrent audit of bank of baroda. Just wanted to know that if stock statement is not submitted by a party in a particular month how to check whether penalty interest is charged or not in finacle software also what is the penal interest rate?? Any help would be appreciated
