156 views 4 replies

We are a partnership SSI manufacturing Unit. Please note that for the Month of 07,2016 we have not withdrawn any cash from bank  and nor create any cash Bill but 07,2016 Cash Expenses come Rs. 110100.00 for different purpose (Travelling, Tea Tiffin, Delivery, Factory Exp. , Salary Etc.).

So CASH NEGATIVE BALANCE come 07,2016 is Rs.  95,050.00  which shown below:

Cash Book

Opening Balance 07,2016    =   15050.00

Add: Credit Balance 07,2016 = NIL

Less: Debit Balance 07,2016 = 110100.00

Total Cash Balance                = (-)95050.00

Please tell us how to solve this problem  and  create CASH BALANCE (+)

Show advance received from a customer in cash
Sorry. It is getting posted by mistake.

Show advanced received from different customers in cash upto Rs.20000. When your book has enough cash balance , repay those advances showing that sales order cancelled.

Can we take cash from Partenrs?

Yes. You can take cash from partners as capital introduced. but make sure they have cash in their personal books of accounts.
