u need to prepare separate sets of book and pass individual entry in respective book . it is necessary to pass narration entry describing bill no., and other required information so that auditor donot find difficulty at time of auditing
you could maintain a single book with two columns containing both cash and bank columns, or two separate books. you have to record all the cash and bank transactions in it on the date of its occurrence.
Dear Madam. Its better to maintain the Cash and Bank books in the Manul register which should incorporate the date of receipt/payment, the source i.e from whom you have received it.and detials about application to whom you have paid. And in case of bank book you have to mention the cheque number and which bank also.for future more details pls contact. itsjustme.surya @ gmail.com
