Can establishments accept old notes against sales and remit in bank? Question is how can one collect legally invalid notes...

'Legally' and 'accepting invalid notes' both are contradicting terms! Invalid is just legally invalid and remais NOT VALID.
Ealier such experience shows, normal transaction gets running after very few day(s) of trouble.
