Hi nilkanth u can buy a taxman book for case laws..But if you are preparing for finals i suggest u dont read all this.Try to clear provision as much as you can...Because each and everyday you get some new case laws but still if you want to do than upto nov 2007 case laws is applicable in may exams
can anyone send Recent amendments in Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes for May 2008 Exams
