Case laws of excise
Hello everyone
As it is necessary to quote excise law decisions wherever required, I want to know that is it required to refer each and every case laws published by ICAI for respective attempts. I have case law sheet of Nov 14 , may 15 and Nov 15.
if anyone of u have excise case law sheet of previous attempts , please do upload it.

Dear Kushbu,
It would create a good impression on paper checker if you refer to case study but i would not cut your marks if u do not do so.... most inportant thing is that DO NOT REFER WRONG NAME OF CASE STUDY cif u do not remember.... I got exemption in IDT and I had no refered any case law in my paper
