Case laws in rtp

Hi All,

• Why Case Laws have given in RTP for Nov13 - Final ?? There is already a seperate book brought out by inst. - " Selected Case Laws - For May 13 & Nov 13 "..? No  such Case Laws were given in RTP for May 13 Exam.. Then why such partiality ? 
• Can someone please throw some light on the importance/weightage of these case laws given in RTP(There are about 35 case laws covering both DT & IDT)
