I ve the material. I am asking whether one should remember all case laws or any otherway around?
you have to read all the chapters.
i also prepare for second group. case law given in ICAI booklet is more than
200 it is almost impossible to remember all case law names.
i m trying to remember case law of 2012&2013 and read the rest remembering only the crux.
