A is a member of ABC OPC, B is a member of CBA OPC, A is a nominee of CBA, B is a nominee of ABC. Both A & B died in a car accident. Comment the validity of ABC and CBA.

I think then Assets and liabilities of the both companies will get realised with the order of the the nclt or government or from the the the suit filed by the legal Heirs and the balance if any will be taken by government or they may (government) transfer such balance amount to the the the legal Heirs of of A and B
