As per decision by the apex court regarding the persuing of CFA or using CFA letters alongwith ACA or FCA, the matter now lies with CA faternity how they embrace this trivial issue because this might pose a big threat to the CAs in india with the influx of CAs with CFA certification from ICFAI. The council should come out with a amiable formulae to resolve the issue or improve the image of the profession in a whole to survive.
I don't feel so that there will be any problem with FCA and CFA. If a person wants to do a course which is value added for him, the Institute should not stop it.
