I had cleared IPcc Gr. 1 in Nov, 2010 with 220.I didn't appear for may,11 exams. my query is that would i get carry over marks i.e. 20 for my second group or i have to secure 150 for this group.

Agree with all the members. This kind of carry over facility is not available in professional exams.
However if you give second group in Nov 2010 along with first group that extra 20 marks may help you in making your aggregate for second group also.
But for Nov 2011 attempt the same would not be claimed. You have to secure 150 for this group.
